Kim Geiser joined the Forester women's soccer coaching staff in 2004. While she works primarily with the team's goalkeepers, she also assists the head coach in all aspects of the game.

Geiser helped lead Lake Forest to a Midwest Conference Championship her first season with the team. Under her direction Alison Lynch was named First Team All-MWC and the team's Most Valuable Player. She also coached Kristyne Operzedek to Second Team All-MWC honors. Forester goalies have posted a 1.54 goals against average and recorded 46 shutouts in her seven seasons on staff.

Geiser, who originally hails from the Minneapolis area, came to Lake Forest College after a two-year stint as the assistant women's soccer coach at North Park University. She also coached one year at Lawrence University, where as a player she twice earned First Team All-MWC accolades at goalkeeper and captained the Vikings for two seasons. Geiser is the career saves (649) leader at Lawrence and holds the Midwest Conference record for career save percentage (.884).

She serves as an assistant coach at The Latin School of Chicago in the spring and helped lead the Romans to an Illinois State Championship in 2006. Off the soccer pitch, Geiser teaches high school history in the Chicago Public School system.
