Forester Athletics and the F.A.N. Club invite all former athletes and their families to participate in the 2013 Spring Athletic Alumni Challenge, which will take place on Saturday, April 27. “This day provides such a great opportunity for former players to come back to campus and not only play in a game together, but share their life experiences with our current student-athletes,” explains Athletic Director Jackie Slaats

More National Awards for Mameledzija and Esrock
The National Soccer Coaches Association of America (NSCAA) released its Scholar All-America Teams on Friday and Lake Forest's Mahir Mameledzija and Becky Esrock made the lists. Mameledzija also added to his collection of awards later in the day when he was named a Third Team All-American by D3soccer.com.

Five Foresters Named All-MWC, Becky Esrock the League's Defensive Player of the Year
The 2012 All-Midwest Conference women's soccer teams were released on Thursday. Lake Forest College senior sweeper Becky Esrock was named the league's Defensive Player of the Year and was joined on the First Team by Michelle Greeneway and Holly Lesperance. Lisa Sorensen and Bri Schleibinger were Second Team selections and T.R. Bell was named MWC Coach of the Year.

Late Goal Ends Foresters' Season at NCAA Tourney
The Lake Forest College women's soccer team was defeated 2-1 by Concordia College (Moorhead, Minn.), the 14th-ranked team in the nation, in the first round of the NCAA Tournament on Saturday. Junior Becky Esrock put the Foresters ahead just before halftime but two second-half goals by the Cobbers sent them to the second round.

Foresters to Take on Concordia Moorhead at Wartburg in First Round of NCAA Tourney
The Midwest Conference champion Lake Forest College women's soccer team will travel to Wartburg College (Waverly, Iowa) for the opening rounds of the 2012 NCAA Tournament. The Foresters' first round opponent will be Concordia College (Moorhead, Minn.) and the game will be played Saturday at 5:00 p.m.

Lake Forest Defeats St. Norbert 2-0, Advances to NCAA Tournament
The Forester women's soccer team defeated visiting St. Norbert College 2-0 on Saturday in the final of the 2012 Midwest Conference Tournament. Lake Forest, which also won the regular season conference championship with a 8-1-1 league record, earns the conference's automatic bid to the NCAA Tournament, which will begin next weekend.

Foresters Defeat Grinnell 3-0, Advance to MWC Tourney Final
The Lake Forest College women's soccer team defeated visiting Grinnell College 3-0 on Friday in the semifinals of the 2012 Midwest Conference Tournament. Forester freshman Michelle Greeneway scored two of the home team's goals and assisted on the other, setting up Saturday's tourney final against St. Norbert College.

Foresters' MWC Title is Outright, Lake Forest Will Host MWC Tourney
The Lake Forest College women's soccer team won 2-0 at Illinois College on Sunday to clinch at least a share of the 2012 Midwest Conference championship. A tie between Ripon College and host St. Norbert College Wednesday evening made it an outright title for the Foresters, who will now host the MWC Tournament the first weekend in November.

Foresters Win at Illinois College, Claim Share of Conference Title
The Lake Forest College women's soccer team won 3-0 at Illinois College on Sunday to finish the regular season 12-5-1 overall and 8-1-1 in Midwest Conference play. The victory clinches at least a share of the 2012 MWC title for the Foresters.
