Ryan Kreis Now Ranked 11th in the Region
The Intercollegiate Tennis Association released its regional rankings on Wednesday and Lake Forest College sophomore Ryan Kreis was listed 11th in the Central Region.
Kreis was 19th in the previous rankings two weeks ago but jumped up eight spots. He is 13-1 at #1 singles this spring with victories over the players ranked #7 and #15 in the region and his lone loss to #24.
Kreis was the runner-up at #1 singles at last season's Midwest Conference Championships. This year he has defeated the top player from each of the six league schools the Foresters have faced.
Lake Forest has six more dual matches on its schedule before competing at the 2012 MWC Championships April 28-29.
