Join Us for the Spring Athletic Alumni Challenge
The Lake Forest College Athletic Department is excited to host the second annual Spring Athletic Alumni Challenge. “This day provides such a great opportunity for all of the former players to come back to campus and not only play in a game together, but also share their life experiences with our current student-athletes,” explains Athletic Director Jackie Slaats, "We are excited to continue building on last year's success and establish a lasting tradition."

The National Soccer Coaches Association of America released its all region teams on Tuesday and Lake Forest College's Mahir Mameledzija was a Third Team All-North Region selection.

Mahir Mameledzija Named Foresters' Most Valuable Player
The Lake Forest College Athletic Department held its annual Fall Sports Awards Ceremony on Sunday, December 4, at the First Presbyterian Church in Lake Forest. Sophomore forward Mahir Mameledzija was named the Forester men's soccer team's Most Valuable Player for the second time in as many seasons. Freshman Kyle Kraus was chosen as the team's Most Improved Player.

Mahir Mameledzija Named MWC Offensive Player of the Year, Three Other Foresters All-MWC
The Midwest Conference released its end-of-season awards for men's soccer on Thursday and four Foresters made the lists. Mahir Mameledzija was selected as the MWC Offensive Player of the Year and joined Chris Haught-Thompson on the First Team. Alexi Spiratos and Steven Johnson earned Second Team All-MWC honors.

The Lake Forest College men's soccer team was defeated 1-0 by host Carroll University on Friday in the semifinals of the Midwest Conference Tournament. The Foresters created eight corner kick opportunities in the game but were unable to score.

The Lake Forest College men's soccer team will be competing in the four-team-Midwest Conference Tournament this weekend. The Foresters are the #4 seed and will take on host and league champion Carroll University in Friday's 11:00 a.m. semifinal. The final will be played Saturday at noon.

The Lake Forest College College men's soccer team closed out the regular season with a 2-0 triumph over visiting Carroll University on Sunday. The victory clinched a spot for the Foresters in next weekend's Midwest Conference Tournament. Freshman Kyle Kraus' first career goal gave the home team the two-goal advantage late in the game.

The Lake Forest College men's soccer team came from behind to win 2-1 at Ripon College on Saturday and raise its overall record to 11-2-2 and Midwest Conference mark to 3-2-1. Sophomore Alexi Spiratos scored the game-winning goal with less than eight minutes to play in the contest.

The Lake Forest College Athletic Hall of Fame added four members on Saturday as part of the College's annual Homecoming festivities. This year's induction class included players from three different sports as well as a 14-year coach at the College.

The Lake Forest College men's soccer team played to a 1-1 tie with visiting Monmouth College on Saturday and is now 9-0-2 overall and 1-0-1 in Midwest Conference play this season. The Fighting Scots' goal with 72 seconds to play in regulation denied Forester junior goalkeeper Giancarlo Colasanti his third consecutive shutout.
