Men's Golf
The Lake Forest College Men's Golf Club Team meets in the spring in cooperation with Lake Bluff Golf Club (10 min. drive). Players participate in college tournaments and practice as a team with coach/advisor instruction. Rental clubs are available at the course for $16. Interested students can register by calling Brian Bruha at x5293.
Tryout are not necessary to be a part of the club, however the best avalible players will participate in tournaments. Each player is encouraged to have their own golf clubs.
PARTICIPATION FEE: $100.00
At the beginning of each semester there is an opportunity for interested students to sign up for any club sport at what is called the Involvement Fair. If a student decides to come to Lake Forest he/she can attend the Fair in the fall and/or spring and sign up for a club sport then. The Fair takes place in or behind Commons, depending on weather, within the first two weeks of classes. First-year students do not need to do anything before arriving at Lake Forest in order to participate in club sports.
